Enjoy A Superb Italian Cuisine in Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria

Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria

If you are looking for a superb Italian cuisine that is perfect for the family’s palate, the best place for you will be no other than Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria. Owned by Rigatoni Corp., Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria prides itself from offering food straight from an Italian nonna’s list.

Recently, me, my wife and my son had our ‘pranzo’ (lunch) at Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria’s second branch south of the metro.

Specifically located at Molito Lifestyle Extension, Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria offers a wide variety of Italian dishes that would definitely soothe your tastebuds. With the menu offering 92 Italian dishes, from appetizers to main courses, in addition to a number of sweetest desserts, including their best cakes. Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria Molito introduced an improved set of authentic Italian dishes crafted with pure Italian ingredients, and meticulously prepared and served with generous portions.

The place was absolutely amazing. Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria was jampacked with business people and families dining there at lunchtime. We were lucky to have seats when we came in at 1:30 in the afternoon.

Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria Molito’s interiors feature  a warm, inviting and homey feel, with its walls being lined up with brightly lit white sconces, and a modern masonry brick oven where all the artisanal bread and pizzas are cooked to perfection.

As this is a non-bias review of the food being offered in Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria, allow me to state my opinion on the following dishes and drinks, respectively:

  • Carbonara
  • Hawaiian Pizza
  • Paella dela Casa
  • Mango Fruitshake
  • Vanilla Milkshake
Carbonara
Carbonara

We are cheese and pasta lovers and that is the reason why we ordered Parmigiano Pizzeria Ristorante’s Carbonara. Parmigiano Pizzeria Ristorante’s Carbonara is topped with creamy carbonara sauce, bacon bits and mozzarella cheese. True to it’s description in the menu, the Carbonara was deliciously creamy. The bacon bits are sliced thick, and not thin like the ones that are commercially bought in supermarkets. The mozzarella cheese is superb and the pasta ‘al dente’. Perfect for sharing.

Hawaiian Pizza
Hawaiian Pizza

Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria’s version of the Hawaiian pizza is tomato based, generously topped with cooked ham, fried bacon and pineapple chunks.

This version of Hawaiian pizza takes a good shot at my palate with its creamy cheese flavors that are comparatively better that the usual versions from other pizza restaurants that I dine in.

Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria pizzas are 100% masonry brick oven cooked. You can actually watch the pizza chef prepare and cook it for you at the left corner of the kitchen counter.

Paella dela Casa
Paella dela Casa

Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria prides itself in it’s line-up of paella dishes. The Gabriel family doesn’t eat if they don’t have rice in their orders, and because my wife is a seafood lover, one of our choices was the Paella dela Casa. This version of the paella is generously topped with prawns, mussels, clams, and slices of chicken, chorizo, black olives, and hard boiled eggs.

Delizioso! Absolutely delicious. This is the part where my wife and son was watching me scraping out the ‘soccarrat’. Sorry, no video. If you don’t know what a soccarrat is, the socarrat is the crusty, crispy bottom of the paella that becomes caramelized and toasted on the bottom of the paella pan.

For refreshments, we decided to veer away from the sodas and ordered the Mango shakes and Vanilla milkshake instead. (pictures not shown)

Parmigiano Wheel
Parmigiano Wheel

One of the reasons why people, flock to Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria is because of the flaming wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. This 45-kilo wheel made of Parmigiano, (known as the king of cheeses), is used in preparing pasta dishes.

I opted not to blog about it this time as I see a lot of blog reviews about this in the net.

Overall, Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria is an excellent choice when dining out with the family.

Gracie, Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria! We will surely be back for more.

I hope you, our viewers/readers got good insights from me in choosing a good Italian Restaurant in the southern side of Metro Manila.
