When dining out most especially on our chill days, my wife’s favorite Filipino restaurant will always be Inasal Chicken Bacolod at SM Sucat.

Aside from being conveniently located in Building B of this SM mall, the flavors of the food being served in Inasal Chicken Bacolod will always be your money’s worth.

My wife never ceases to order her favorite bowl of Kare Kare served with the usual Bagoong. For those who don’t know what Kare Kare is, Kare Kare is a Philippine stew complimented with a thick savory ground peanut sauce. Inasal Chicken Bacolod’s version is made from beef stew meat, sitaw (long green beans), slices of eggplants, banana blossoms and ox tripe.

I, on the other hand will usually order 2 pcs of Inasal Chicken Bacolods Classic Barbecue and rice combo, plus extra servings of rice for my wife’s order of Kare Kare.

It’s just unfortunate that we don’t get to be served with Unli-rice anymore, as they have already ceased on implementing the promo with the combo meals.

Inasal Chicken Bacolod doesn’t have the usual chicken oil that you see in other inasal brands. On it’s own, Inasal Chicken Bacolod’s roster of food greats can defend their delicious flavor, not similar to the other brands.

Inasal Chicken Bacolod’s Sizzling Sisig is different from it’s other Sizzling Sisig counterparts. The meat ingredients are not actually grilled. I don’t mind actually. The flavors are intact and seasoned perfectly.

Our orders usually take around 15 to 20 minutes before they arrive. We don’t mind waiting because believe me, it will all be worth it come eating time.

Inasal Chicken Bacolod SM Sucat is located at G/F SM City Sucat Building B Paranaque City, Tel. 829-3781.
