When it comes to finding a good lasagna place, I normally keep coming back to that ‘G’ place, which is usually located in Malls and Supermalls. However, we don’t normally frequent famous lasagna and pizza places nowadays because of economical reasons, thats associated with this ridiculous inflation.
Lucky for us, who reside along Naga Road, Pulang Lupa Dos Las Pinas, we discovered Kuya A’s Kitchenette. Situated along Naga road, near San Antonio, just beside Generika drugstore near Barangay CAA, Kuya A’s kitchenette is a 12 seater food place is owned and operated by Rocky Tolentino, a former logistics professional, who chose to operate and manage his very promising food startup.
Rocky Tolentino says that Kuya A’s kitchenette only serves food that they (husband and wife) themselves would love to eat.
The RODTrip first heard (or read, for that matter) about Kuya A’s delicious lasagna from Charmaine Tevar’s (of Twin Bakers PH) Facebook post.
For those who haven’t tried or doesn’t know what Lasagna is, it is a culinary dish made with stacked layers of pasta alternated with sauces and ingredients such as meats, vegetables and cheese, and sometimes topped with melted grated cheese. Typically, the cooked pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting lasagne casserole is cut into single-serving square portions.
A self-proclaimed lasagna lover, the RODTrip takes pride in saying that we have found one of the best lasagna places in Las Pinas. No, this is not a SPONSORED post. This is a non-bias and transparent review for all who follows The RODTrip and those who are looking for a good pasta place.
For all of those, who hasn’t tried Kuya A’s lasagna, I rate it 6 out of 5 stars. It’s truly worth trying out.
